What You’ll Do
We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader, capable of developing the marketing & membership growth strategy that propels our business to its ambitious goals. This role blends data-driven growth with creative brand-building—emphasizing storytelling, positioning, and compelling marketing. You’ll lead all marketing functions, own revenue growth and acquisition, shape our brand narrative as we scale to 75+ clubs nationwide, and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team reporting directly to the CEO.
Specifically, you will:
- Own all growth metrics (CAC, LTV, etc.) and scale Switchyards’ member acquisition strategy across paid, organic, referral, partnerships, events, and neighborhood activations—tying marketing efforts directly to predictable, efficient revenue growth and financial outcomes.
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing playbook that ties together brand storytelling, content, performance marketing, product marketing, and local market launches.
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, collaborating cross-functionally with senior leaders to shape company-wide strategy, decision-making, and drive consistent buy-in across teams, budgets, and campaigns.

- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across brand, growth, creative, and insights—balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
- Further refine our repeatable go-to-market playbook to efficiently launch 50+ new club locations in dozens of new U.S. markets, combining on-the-ground activations, partnerships, PR, and neighborhood superconnectors.
- Partner with our creative team to position and steward the brand with clarity, consistency, and emotional resonance across every touchpoint.
- Build and manage marketing infrastructure—including dashboards, KPIs, and reporting—to continuously optimize campaigns, spend, and results, bringing a strong opinion on essential growth metrics.
- Bring a strong POV on how an iconic brand continues to differentiate itself.
- Pair our brand positioning with storytelling and our ideal customer in a data-driven and experiment-heavy culture.
- Collaborate with Member Experience team to deliver a seamless journey through compelling lifecycle marketing.
What You’ll Bring
Experience:
- 10+ years senior marketing leadership in high-growth consumer brands, retail/4-wall, or membership models
- Proven track record blending brand storytelling and growth metrics—strong in both art and science
- Understand storytelling and the importance of consistency of look and feel in the most elite brands in the world
- Experience leading integrated campaigns across paid, organic, influencer, partnerships, events, and boots-on-the-ground field marketing teams
- Expertise in brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and scaling into new markets with differentiated, localized playbooks
- Data-driven operator with deep understanding of CAC, LTV, funnel metrics, and attribution
- Skilled at building growth loops, referral programs, and retention strategies to drive sustainable revenue
- Built and led cross-functional teams spanning creative, growth, digital, and brand
- Scrappy problem-solver who thrives with lean resources and moves fast without sacrificing quality
