Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant to join the Wealth & Investment Management Content Marketing Team.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in development of planning and executing complex highly visible programs within marketing
- Meet marketing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing
- Collaborate and consult with product areas, other organizational units, alliance partners, vendors, and line managers to identify content marketing opportunities
- Analyze content data and content search trends
- Create content briefs for internal writers and vendors
- Work with authors, including vendors, to ensure content meets the content brief and meets all compliance requirements
- Manage content tracking tool to ensure that content remains in compliance
- Provide quality control for all publications content through editorial review and proofing reading
- Track and measure content performance to contribute to regular marketing leader updates
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Journalism or communications degree
- 3+ years experience within financial services industry or other highly regulated industry.
- Experience in Wealth and Investment industry, including knowledge of financial advisors, solutions and products for affluent, high and ultra-high net worth clients
- An ability to identify issues, risks, proactively solve problems, and make recommendations in a logical manner
- Strong collaboration/relationship building skills; with a focus on teamwork and cross-organizational partnerships
- An ability to craft stories with data and present learnings in a cohesive and visually compelling manner
- A consumer-centric mindset and a desire to drive best-in-class experiences for internal and external customers
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with marketing tracking tools and technologies
- Experience establishing key metrics/benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of engagement strategy and issue management
- Preferred: FINRA registration including Series 24 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
- Preferred: FINRA registration including Series 7 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
Pay Range:
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $73,100.00 – $129,900.00
