Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Marketing Consultant on the Marketing Channel Operations – Digital Execution Team as part of Enterprise Marketing Services.
In this role you will focus on channel execution across multiple digital channel applications specific to supporting content on various platforms. This will require an ability to manage content and execution of offers through Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, or SDL Tridion. Hands on execution experience balanced with strategy, implementation consulting, and leading junior team will be necessary for success.
In this role, you will:
- Provide execution support for complex marketing content across multiple CMS platforms
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence successful delivery of innovative campaigns, programs and initiatives that drive business outcomes for multiple products, business lines or more significant programs and seamless customer engagement across digital channels within marketing
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges which require in depth evaluation across marketing, delivering solutions that are long term, large scale and require partnership with cross functional groups to create digital experiences for more advanced initiatives that enable seamless customer engagement across digital channels
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing significant business solutions that are large scale, highly complex initiatives across organizational boundaries requiring new strategies and thinking
- Engage with partners, cross functional groups, business partners and lead vendor relationships
- Serve as subject matter expert in digital marketing execution
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Content Management experience (SDL Tridion, WordPress, AEM)
- Strong understanding of Accessibility Standards and testing for web content
- Experience with Adobe Suite (RTCDP, AEM, Target, CJA)
- Digital marketing experience specific across multiple platforms
- Ability to read and understand HTML and CSS
- Experience with A/B/Multivariate testing platforms. (Adobe Target (preferred), VWO, Optimizely), ideal but not required.
- Ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects from planning through execution.
- Experience in financial services or banking ideal, but not required
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills with all levels of the organization
- Relationship management skills with the ability to build strong trusted relationships with business partners
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment that values results
- Quick learner that can learn processes and technical details
Job Expectations:
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
- This role offers a hybrid work schedule.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay Range
$111,100 – $237,100. Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
