About This Role
This role will lead digital content for Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) across priority web and social channels to expand reach and impact. You will connect content distribution to performance measurement, delivering insights that inform strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions. You’ll publish and optimize compliant market content to accelerate engagement while scaling output through strong risk controls and streamlined operations. Using performance data and sound judgment, you will continuously assess what’s working, what isn’t, and why-then apply those insights to drive improvement. This role follows a hybrid work schedule and can sit in Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX;Minneapolis, MN; or San Francisco, CA. The Wells Fargo job profile is Lead Marketing Consultant.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
