Position Summary
The Marketing Manager oversees, coordinates, and participates in the development of marketing strategies and products for The Keith Corporation.
This role will be responsible for creating industry-leading marketing collateral, managing and improving our digital presence, providing support from a marketing standpoint for developers, brokers and managers and continually evaluating strategic marketing initiatives.
Essential Functions:
- Assist the developers and brokers in the creation and submission of proposals.
- Create specialized marketing collateral for various pitches, proposals and presentations, such as shovels, paperweights, hard hats, PowerPoint presentations, presentation boards, etc.
- Create and update brochures for the organization.
- Update, improve, and maintain the organization’s brand standards.
- Assemble and revise marketing books and TKC logo flash drives to provide to new clients.
- Manage vendors such as building and drone photographers.
- Coordinate the ordering, placement and removal of property signs when space is purchased or leased.
- Maintain accurate listings on websites: CoStar, LoopNet, Site Index Charlotte and Triangle CPE.
- Serve as Administrator for all marketing and social media accounts (Adobe Creative Cloud, Constant Contact, SquareSpace, WordPress, Google AdWords and Google Analytics, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter).
- Develop email distribution lists and send out email blasts through Constant Contact, MailChimp or other content management systems.
- Liaise with media and public relations channels to provide updates and reports and to seek additional exposure opportunities.
- Write and distribute press releases, articles and memos regarding projects and Company news.
- Social media: Enhance visibility and deliver content focused on specific projects. Additionally, there is potential to position TKC as a thought leader in the Commercial Development sector.
- Update and administer Website changes (Umbraco), facilitate design improvements
- Prepare effective brand standards and advertisement campaigns based on market research.
- Forecast, draft, implement, and oversee the department’s operating budget.
Other Functions:
- Assist with the logistics and details surrounding groundbreaking and ribbon-cutting ceremonies.
- Order Business Cards for the organization.
- Assist in training Staff members on specialized software and serve as a resource when issues arise.

- Cursory knowledge of SEO and SEM campaigns

- Email Blast Experience (Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.)
- Social Media Adept (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Online Database Listing Services Familiarity (CoStar, LoopNet, etc.)
Technical Skills:
- Specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Earth
- Operate office equipment such as copiers, personal computers and fax machines
- Enter and receive data from database programs
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing
