Position Overview

Arthur Elliott is looking for an innovative individual with a passion for social trends and a deep understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing metrics.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven campaigns across various platforms to drive measurable results and maximize ROI. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with creative teams.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance media strategies across social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROAS.
  • Track and analyze KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, display, and video.
  • Contribute to the best practices and ongoing growth of the Company’s tracking and data-oriented optimization of ad campaigns.
  • Guide the company’s approach to tracking and adapting to changes in digital privacy and third-party cookies.
  • Direct the Company’s use of Mixed Media Modeling, ad platform attribution settings, and general attribution methodology.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform, maintaining consistency in brand voice.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize content formats, messaging, and ad placements for better engagement and conversions.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other platforms to create detailed reports, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure tracking systems are set up to capture relevant data, including experience with GTM and pixel implementation.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance performance.
  • Experiment with new ad formats and platforms to expand reach and engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader brand initiatives.
  • Prepare regular performance reports that provide insights into campaign success and areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media campaign management and optimization.
  • Expertise in Facebook/Meta Ads, Business Manager, Google Analytics, and data-driven advertising.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for digital media and performance-driven strategies.
