The Opportunity
Rabbu has a compelling story, five years of proprietary data, and a growing audience of STR investors — and we’re looking for someone to turn that into a content engine that compounds. This role owns everything on the content and marketing side: SEO blog, email, social, and paid ads coordination with our external agency.
This is not a writing job. It’s a growth job. We need someone who thinks strategically about how content builds authority and drives conversion, uses AI to produce and distribute at scale, and treats every channel as an experiment with a hypothesis, a result, and a next step.

What You’ll Own
- Content strategy and calendar across SEO blog, email, and social — with a clear priority order and publishing cadence
- SEO blog content: keyword research, briefs, publishing, and performance tracking
- Email marketing across three audience segments: investors, agents, and lenders
- Social content (LinkedIn primary) — repurposing and amplifying, not creating from scratch
- Paid ads coordination with our external agency — ensuring campaigns, landing pages, and messaging stay aligned with content strategy
- Weekly content and ads performance reporting to leadership
- AI-assisted content production: you use tools to move faster and produce more without sacrificing quality
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in content marketing, growth, or a similar role with measurable results
- Strong SEO fundamentals — you understand how content structure, internal linking, and technical performance affect rankings
- Experience managing or coordinating paid ads (Google Ads, Meta) — you don’t need to be a specialist, but you can read performance data and make smart decisions
- AI-first content operator: you use AI for research, drafting, optimization, and distribution — and you’re always improving your workflow
- Editorial director mindset: you think in audiences and narratives, not just word counts
- Self-directed and proactive — you bring ideas and iterate without waiting for direction
- Familiarity with real estate, proptech, or financial services is a strong plus
