In this role, you will be the vital support system for our daily operations, ensuring seamless efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and organizing office supplies and inventory.
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
  • Carefully packaging and preparing items for shipment.
  • Generating shipping labels and coordinating with shipping carriers.
  • Tracking shipments and resolving any shipping-related inquiries.
  • General administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills – a friendly and professional demeanor
  • is key.
  • Reliable, punctual, and takes initiative.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
  • Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
  • Experience with shipping software or procedures is a plus.
