Summary
We’re looking for a driven, service-minded Account Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts. You’ll be the go-to for your clients—ensuring properties look their best, problems are solved fast and opportunities for improvement are always on the radar.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and contract compliance
- Identify issues and propose solutions related to turf, plants and tree health
- Develop and sell enhancements to improve property value, safety and appearance
- Coordinate with operations teams to deliver timely, high-quality service
- Handle renewals, upsells and help grow client relationships
- Create estimates and proposals for new and existing properties
Requirements
- 3+ years in landscape account management or related field
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in upselling and business development
- Familiarity with commercial landscaping and horticulture best practices
- Valid driver’s license
- Understanding of Aspire Landscape Software suite or similar
Pay range:
- $60K – $80K based on experience + commission.
