As a Principal Consultant in Content Strategy at Slalom, you will help enterprise clients transform content from a cost center into a business asset.
You’ll lead the development of content strategies that are data-informed, modular, reusable, and scalable—designed to serve users and drive measurable business outcomes across the full digital ecosystem.
This is a highly visible, senior, client-facing leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of structured content design, governance, and cross-functional collaboration. You will guide clients in modernizing how content is planned, created, delivered, and optimized across platforms, markets, and channels—including websites, commerce platforms, mobile apps, social media, and emerging AI interfaces.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $171,000 In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
