Do you love mixing marketing and technology every day to advance the brand you represent? Are you excited to try new marketing programs and test new ideas? Are you equally adept with both the data-driven and the creative side of marketing? Then this role could be for you!

We are looking for a passionate, self-directed, results-oriented performance marketing manager to join our East Region team. You will collaborate with our team to develop and execute customer-focused marketing strategies, provide deep data insights to further our marketing initiatives and business objectives, and proactively recommend innovative solutions based on data.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for executing all digital campaigns across the East Region. Tactics include paid ads, email marketing, social media, and more. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign activities such as managing and optimizing ad campaigns in LinkedIn and our ABM platform, tracking results and metrics, collaborating with key stakeholders to execute in a timely manner, reporting and building dashboards, building email drip campaigns in Pardot, and more.

Dedication to excellence, flexibility, poise, confidence, and the ability to work with clients professionally is required. Ability to build relationships and collaborate with other marketers across the company is essential, as is the requirement to activate global strategies at our regional and local levels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop multi-channel, multi-market digital marketing campaigns and launch within our marketing tools.
  • Daily management of paid marketing campaigns, including initial campaign set up, continuous monitoring and mid-flight optimizations, and results reporting.
  • Identify and optimize target audience and customer behaviors based on market priorities.
  • Proactively and effectively deliver data-driven performance analyses focused on profitability and recommend future strategies to our marketing team.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market partners, including sales teams and our lead generation team, to create teachable moments while sharing key insights and trends.
  • Be the go-to person to run campaigns and reporting within Slalom’s marketing tech stack and be the person the marketing team taps for digital marketing knowledge in the East Region. Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), LinkedIn and Demandbase a plus.
  • Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices within marketing advertising.
  • A/B Testing: recommend innovations and experiment with ads/campaign structures and bidding & pricing strategies. Adapt to new product features and roll out changes from successful tests to larger marketing team.
  • Reporting, analysis, and insights: Building dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Demandbase to track performance, derive insights, understand growth levers, and communicate recommendations   via presentations to stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of marketing and communications experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Must have: Hands-on experience with Pardot (MCAE), Salesforce, and programmatic media (display advertising) platforms.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics) and building reports and dashboards in a CRM.
  • Proficiency in ABM tools: Experience with Demandbase or similar ABM platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable seeking feedback and make improvements where needed.
  • Experience in marketing analysis, audience management, and tracking ROI.
  • Adaptable self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to manage a vast array of information and create structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively across teams, such as marketing, sales and sales enablement, lead generation, and more.
  • Proven track record: Demonstrated success in developing, managing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B or in the consulting industry is a plus.
