Head of Product

Red Ventures is looking for an experienced, strategic, and execution-focused Head of Product to lead our MyMove, Energy and Allconnect businesses — two of the most critical platforms helping consumers navigate major life decisions like moving and setting up essential services. This role is for a customer-obsessed, data-driven product leader who has scaled mobile-first consumer experiences to millions of users, knows how to operate within matrixed environments, and can balance short-term outcomes with long-term innovation.

You will drive product strategy and execution across mobile, web, and API products, and serve as a connective force between product, engineering, commercial, analytics, design, and marketing. You’ll bring deep consumer product instincts, a bias for impact, and a proven ability to lead and inspire teams in fast-moving environments.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with ownership over the entire customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding through engagement, monetization, and retention.

What You’ll Do:

Own and drive the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and delivery across MyMove, Energy and Allconnect platforms.
Set and align short- and long-term product goals with business, growth, and user experience outcomes.
Lead a team of product managers focused on core product pillars including mobile app growth, conversion optimization, service setup flows, and partner integrations.
Deeply understand our users — movers, renters, and homeowners — to design and prioritize products that improve their experience and drive meaningful business impact.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, partnerships, and executive leadership to translate vision into scalable execution.
Manage prioritization across competing demands — balancing near-term revenue initiatives with long-term platform investments.
Use experimentation, analytics, and user research to iterate, improve, and de-risk roadmap decisions.
Represent product leadership in commercial and partner discussions, ensuring alignment between product strategy and go-to-market execution.
Champion mobile-first best practices, native feature development, and cross-platform coherence.
Foster a high-performing, learning-driven team culture grounded in data, velocity, and empathy.

Work Experience

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years leading mobile-first, consumer-facing apps at scale (millions of users).
Deep understanding of consumer UX, retention mechanics, and monetization levers across mobile and web platforms.
Experience operating in matrixed organizations, collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups and disciplines.
Proven success building and executing roadmaps that delivered measurable growth in revenue, LTV, and engagement.
Strong analytical acumen — fluent in product KPIs, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven storytelling.
Comfortable navigating ambiguous problem spaces and balancing vision with executional urgency.
Commercial fluency — able to partner with sales, marketing, and strategy teams to drive impact and unlock new opportunities.
Experience working with internal platforms, APIs, and partner integrations is a plus.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; strong executive presence.
Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.

Benefits

Compensation:

Cash Compensation Range: $225,000 – $360,000 plus equity and bonus potential
