The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sales Ops Manager to own the outbound engine that drives new partner acquisition across all three of Rabbu’s growth channels — investor agents, lenders, and property sellers. This is not a support role. You’ll build and run the system that fills the top of our funnel, and you’ll be measured on revenue it generates.
You’ll come in with your own tech stack, design your own outreach systems, and be expected to experiment constantly — testing messaging, cadences, and channels, measuring what works, and iterating without waiting to be told. The team closes deals and manages relationships. You own everything upstream.
The right person here doesn’t wait for a playbook. They write it, test it, improve it, and hand leadership a pipeline summary every week without being asked.
