We’re seeking a dynamic salesperson to spearhead our growth in the Charlotte market. You’ll be the driving force behind our residential painting sales, setting new standards in customer engagement and closing deals that propel us forward.
You’ll report directly to our Chief Growth Officer and play a pivotal role in shaping our presence in the region.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales Growth: Run up the score and lead Craftwork to become the largest residential paint company in the region by the end of 2025.
- Lead Management: Efficiently handle and prioritize a high volume of inbound leads.
- Customer Engagement: Connect with customers through text, voice, and in-person interactions, delivering personalized and compelling pitches.
- Market Expansion: Be the face of our brand in Charlotte, building relationships and establishing our market presence.
- Team Leadership: Set the standard for future sales team members.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to overall team success.

- You have 2-4 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting ambitious targets.
