Krispy Kreme’s Executive Assistant to the CEO will need to be well-organized, have exceptional time management skills, discretion, and be able to act without guidance.
A taste of what you will be doing:
- Assist the CEO with daily office administrative duties
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments (across multiple time zones) composing, and preparing correspondence, and compiling documents and materials
- Act as a brand ambassador both for Krispy Kreme and for the CEO, establishing strong internal and external working relationships
- Make and manage complex travel arrangements, itineraries and agendas that may change on short notice
- Manage and submit timely expense reports
- Communicate on the CEO’s behalf, coordinating logistics for high-level internal and external meetings
- Formats and drafts information for internal and external written communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports
Your recipe for success:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting executive level leadership with a mid to large size organization
- A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- The demonstrated ability to maintain composure under pressure, and to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Resourcefulness – a knack for thinking outside of the box to creatively solve problems
- Exceptional attention to detail, fantastic organizational skills, and consistent follow-through
- Strong working knowledge of travel management system Concur and airline/hotel programs and requirements
- Work both independently and with administrative staff
- Knowledge of video conferencing technology and equipment
- Proficiency with MS Office with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be the face of the company when needed.
- The ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to quick changes in business and personal needs
