Job Summary
HM Studio is a boutique creative and communications agency specializing in lifestyle, design, and hospitality brands. We craft narratives that merge strategy with soul, positioning heritage-minded and design-forward businesses through media relations, influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and experiential events.
We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to join our growing team and bring HM Studio’s clients to life across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of building engaged communities and scaling brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute bespoke social media strategies for HM Studio and client accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Create monthly content calendars with a balance of storytelling, editorial, and sales-driving content
Content Creation & Curation:
- Produce visually compelling and brand-aligned content (photo, video, reels, stories, carousels)
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, and influencers to source and style content that reflects each client’s aesthetic
Community Growth & Engagement:
- Drive measurable follower growth, engagement rates, and conversions
- Monitor analytics and insights to refine strategies and optimize performance
- Engage with online communities in real time, cultivating loyal followers and brand advocates
Campaign Execution:
- Support influencer seeding, partnerships, and cross-brand campaigns
- Align with PR launches, press features, and events to amplify content across channels
Reporting & Analysis:
- Deliver monthly analytics reports highlighting growth, engagement, and ROI
- Identify trends, opportunities, and platform innovations to keep brands ahead of the curve
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands in lifestyle, design, fashion, hospitality, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale social media followings (please provide case studies or examples)
- Strong creative eye for visuals, copywriting, and brand storytelling
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar).
- Experience with influencer relations and digital campaign execution
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced boutique agency environment
