Elisabeth Rose is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to work directly alongside our CEO. This individual will serve as a trusted right hand, helping manage priorities, communication, scheduling, follow-through, and the day-to-day demands of leading a fast-paced creative production agency.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who is comfortable moving quickly, changing direction when needed, and working closely alongside the CEO throughout the day. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong judgment, discretion, initiative, and the ability to anticipate needs without requiring detailed direction.

Company Overview

Elisabeth Rose is a premier event production and experiential design agency specializing in custom environments, brand activations, live events, installations, and bespoke product fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely alongside the CEO throughout the day, maintaining awareness of priorities, commitments, projects, and decisions
  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel, and day-to-day schedule
  • Proactively identify priorities, anticipate needs, and take action without waiting for detailed instruction
  • Attend meetings with the CEO, capture notes and action items, and communicate relevant information and follow-up to internal teams
  • Serve as a key communication link between the CEO and employees, clients, vendors, and partners
  • Help evaluate and prioritize requests for the CEO’s time and attention based on urgency, deadlines, and business needs
  • Manage and triage email communications, draft correspondence, and track follow-ups
  • Maintain a clear system for outstanding tasks, approvals, decisions, deadlines, and commitments
  • Serve as a central point of continuity across conversations, decisions, commitments, and follow-up
  • Prepare emails, meeting recaps, presentations, documents, and other executive communications
  • Coordinate business and crew travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and schedule changes
  • Conduct research, gather information, and organize recommendations to support decision-making
  • Coordinate purchasing, vendors, reservations, gifting, shipping, returns, pickups, deliveries, and other logistical needs
  • Support client-facing and creative projects, including gifting, sourcing, packaging, and hands-on preparation as needed
  • Manage special projects and company initiatives through completion
  • Provide flexible day-to-day support to the CEO, including occasional personal scheduling, errands, pickups, deliveries, and other time-sensitive needs

Confidentiality & Discretion

Confidentiality is a critical requirement of this position. Elisabeth Rose regularly works with high-profile individuals, executives, organizations, brands, and private events involving sensitive, proprietary, or privileged information.

The Executive Assistant will have access to confidential information. Candidates must demonstrate a strong track record of discretion and sound judgment and understand that access to information does not constitute permission to share it.

Client identities, projects, conversations, schedules, documents, photographs, and behind-the-scenes information must remain confidential unless expressly authorized. Professional discretion, including in personal settings and on social media, is non-negotiable.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience supporting a CEO, executive, entrepreneur, or senior leader
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated judgment, initiative, and problem-solving ability
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and confident when communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
  • Comfortable holding others accountable for outstanding information and deliverables
  • Highly responsive, adaptable, and comfortable with changing schedules and priorities
  • Proficient with technology and able to quickly learn new systems and platforms
  • Comfortable working in both professional and hands-on production environments
  • Willing to support needs at all levels, from executive priorities to routine day-to-day tasks
  • Experience in events, hospitality, creative production, agency environments, or another fast-paced service business is a plus

The Role

This position works directly with the CEO and requires in-person availability at our offices in Mooresville, NC and throughout the Charlotte area. This is not a traditional desk-based executive support role. Days may include client meetings, office work, warehouse or production activity, site visits, installations, events, travel, and last-minute changes in priority.

Schedule flexibility and the ability to respond quickly as needs change are important to success in this position.

We are looking for someone interested in developing a long-term, highly trusted working relationship with the CEO and becoming an integral part of the Elisabeth Rose team. For the right candidate, there is opportunity to grow into broader executive operations or leadership responsibilities over time.

Compensation

  • Competitive, based on experience
