Job Description Summary

Sunbelt’s Communications Manager is equipped for success so we can make it happen for our customers. This position will require an onsite presence at the support office in Fort Mill, SC 3 times a week.

The Communications Manager will be lead the development of internal and external communication strategies and content. This person will collaborate with communications colleagues and business partners to drive business outcomes as well as protect and promote Sunbelt Rentals’ reputation. They must be a strategic thinker who can develop creative and effective communication plans and engaging content.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field or equivalent experience
8+ years of communications experience, including internal communications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you will rely on or develop:

Managing “performance-based” communications programs
Business-savvy presence and confidence to work across all levels of organization, including the most senior levels
Embracing change, adapting strategies on the fly, and work in a matrix environment that is rapidly changing where ambiguity and short turnaround schedules are the norm

Base Pay Range:

$111,120.00 – 152,790.00
