Care Manager

Since 2005, Caregiving Corner has been providing care management and advocacy services for older adults and their families to simplify the process of navigating the long-term care system.

Our 20-person team is comprised of social workers, nurses, public health experts, gerontologists, physical therapists, and counselors who believe that families deserve expert guidance when making decisions related to caregiving.

We work with people approaching retirement who would like to plan ahead for how they’ll spend their resources to pay for care, families in crisis who need help managing an emergency and then creating a long-term plan, and we work with families who are adjusting to an aging parent with a new diagnosis – if it has to do with caregiving or aging, we help with it all!

We are mobile and flexible – we visit clients wherever they live in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. We value compassion and warm personalities on our team and we look for independent, motivated professionals who can bring families a sense of calm during times of chaos.
