Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead our demand generation efforts. This role will play a critical role in our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, owning top-of-funnel opportunities and driving lead generation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role within the finance technology industry and will be passionate about driving growth and building a robust pipeline.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads and top-of-funnel opportunities.
- GTM Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the company’s Go-To-Market strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and events.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure and report on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, providing regular updates to the executive team.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and Revenue operations teams to ensure seamless alignment and collaboration across all stages of the customer journey.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the finance technology market.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a related field, with a significant portion of that experience in the finance technology industry.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing technologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
