We’re looking for a Vice President of Growth & Strategy— someone who is a strategic planner, marketing & sales expert, strong communicator, and team builder who can lead the development and execution of a go-to-market strategy for this new technology.

Autobell Car Wash and HOWCO were founded in 1969. Our home office is in Charlotte, NC, and we have 92 locations throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. We are looking for someone who has the following experience to bring to this role:

  • Success in the development and implementation of a strategic product go-to-market plan.

This is a critical position with the following responsibilities:

  • Lead business planning, go-to-market strategies, and KPI development in collaboration with senior leadership to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives for product launch.
  • Drive customer acquisition through networking, sales strategy development, and relationship management while identifying strong opportunities and resolving obstacles to build a strong customer base before product launch.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials, manage trade show presence, and create effective presentations that support the strategy and overall brand positioning.
  • Work effectively across departments to achieve shared goals, participate in

meetings, and negotiate resources while maintaining strong communication and coordination with the senior leadership team.

  • Develop and maintain car wash industry knowledge. Pursue continuous learning opportunities to further develop your career.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree: relevant field
  • New Business Development including Sales: 5+ years of experience
  • Successful Management & Development of a Team: 5+ years of experience
  • Microsoft Office and CRM platforms: proven proficiency

Work Environment

  • Onsite Office: Charlotte, NC, Midtown.
  • Travel Requirements: Will vary with company growth, so flexibility and readiness to travel are important.
  • Required: Current, valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance.
