As an Account Manager at CAP Insurance Group, you will be responsible for managing and servicing insurance policies, assisting clients with their inquiries, and ensuring smooth operation of policy administration processes.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties/Responsibilities:

- Policy Administration: Manage the administration of insurance policies including processing updates, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in policy documentation.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through policy-related processes. Act as a point of contact for policyholders needing assistance.
- Claims Assistance: Support clients with the claims process by collecting necessary documentation, coordinating with adjusters, and tracking claim progress to ensure timely resolution.
- Data Management: Maintain and update client records in the company’s database, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential. Prepare reports and perform audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, insurance agents, and internal departments to facilitate policy servicing and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements in all aspects of policy servicing and client interactions.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks related to insurance policy management and office operations.
- Collaboration: Assist sales agents with tasks needed to service their book of business

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
