As CashPro continues to evolve, we are seeking a Go-to-Market Product Associate who will serve as a strategic connector across product, sales, service, marketing, and strategy teams. This individual will help shape and execute CashPro’s go-to-market agenda through data-driven insights, strategic communications, operational excellence, and AI-enabled automation. The role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, storytelling, analytics, and execution.
The Go-to-Market Product Associate will play a pivotal role in advancing CashPro’s growth strategy through data-informed initiatives that span internal and external audiences. As a key partner across product, sales, service, marketing, and strategy teams, the individual will lead cross-functional efforts that drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and revenue growth across CashPro’s expanding suite of solutions.
Responsibilities include developing go-to-market plans for product launches and strategic business priorities, executing release readiness and communication strategies, and creating targeted sales enablement and client education materials that translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions. The role will leverage client feedback, market intelligence, adoption trends, performance metrics, and AI capabilities to develop insights, test hypotheses, and inform business decisions. Through analytics, dashboard insights, data storytelling, and executive-level communications, this individual will help shape engagement strategies, influence priorities, and measure business impact.
As CashPro continues to grow, this role will be instrumental in shaping go-to-market strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring successful implementation of key initiatives. $85,500.00 – $114,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
