YouTube Production Manager

About This Role

This position elevates brand reputation, strengthens enterprise messaging, and expands audience engagement through compelling external video content across YouTube and social media platforms.

The person in this role leads a high-performing team and owns the YouTube video production strategy, including the channel’s visual identity, content direction, and overall audience experience.

The person drives storytelling excellence, creative execution, and content performance to deliver measurable business impact and deepen engagement with external audiences.

The person partners across communications, digital, creative, and business teams to align video content investments with enterprise priorities and brand objectives.

This role follows a hybrid work schedule and is based at 550 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC. The Wells Fargo job profile is Marketing Manager.

In This Role, You Will

• Content Strategy: Develop external video strategies aligned with enterprise messaging priorities
• Audience Growth: Expand audience engagement through audience-informed content planning
• Storytelling Direction: Guide narrative development that strengthens brand trust and relevance
• Channel Stewardship: Define and maintain YouTube channel identity and content standards
• Production Leadership: Lead content delivery operations that drive quality and business impact
• Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with leaders to align content initiatives with priorities
• Creative Development: Shape innovative content concepts that increase audience engagement
• Performance Optimization: Refine content strategy through analytics and audience insights
• Trend Integration: Identify emerging content opportunities that support channel growth

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms, Social Media or E-business experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ years of Leadership experience

• Experience leading brand storytelling initiatives that strengthen reputation and trust

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Office Location & Pay Range:

• 550 South Tryon Street – Charlotte, NC ($100,000 to $163,000)
