The Partnership Solutions & Revenue Strategy, Manager plays a pivotal role within the Partnerships department, supporting all phases of the sales process for new and renewing partners.
You will serve as a strategic engine, combining creativity, business acumen, and storytelling to develop compelling partnership solutions and revenue-driving opportunities. From campaign ideation to CRM management and proposal creation, this role helps ensure the Hornets’ commercial success by aligning partner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Development & Sales Enablement
- Lead the development of integrated, multi-platform partnership concepts that align with partner objectives and Hornets brand priorities.
- Build compelling presentations and proposals that drive new business, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Game Presentation, Digital, Social, Community, Ticketing, Arena Operations) to build robust partnership platforms.
- Translate tentpole team moments and marquee assets into monetizable partnership campaigns.
- Collaborate with business analysts to derive actionable insights that support the Hornets’ commercial storytelling and partner strategy.
Creative Ideation & Concepting
- Drive the strategic brief process for internal ideation sessions across departments.
- Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to generate buy-in, unlock new inventory, and build strategic solutions tailored to partner needs.
- Support content and platform storytelling for key new and renewal pitches.
CRM & Operational Excellence
- Manage CRM inputs related to partnership ideation, sales status, asset recommendations, and inventory tracking.
- Support Dynamics/KORE platform accuracy and integration for revenue planning and forecasting.
- Maintain partner health scores, renewal probability indicators, and asset performance benchmarks.
Sales Process Execution
- Support the proposal drafting process for all partnership pitch presentations and business cases.
- Support partnership developers by building tailored solutions and supporting collateral for each stage of the pipeline.
- Identify whitespace and emerging opportunities in the market through research and trendspotting.
Best Practice Leadership & Knowledge Management
- Serve as the department’s “center of excellence” for ideation, creative packaging, and revenue innovation.
- Build and maintain a library of case studies and proof of performance decks to support future opportunities.
- Codify learnings and sales best practices to elevate the broader team.
- Demonstrate professionalism and uphold HSE brand standards in all interactions and deliverables.

Required Skills, Experience, and Abilities
To perform the job successfully, you should demonstrate the following competencies associated with the essential functions of this job.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, sponsorship strategy, or sports partnerships (agency or property-side experience a plus).
- Strong storytelling ability with a deep understanding of how to connect brand strategy with sports assets.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple projects and drive toward deadlines.
- Proven track record of turning data into insights and insights into revenue-driving solutions.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Salesforce/KORE a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- An endlessly curious, positive, and self-starting approach to the work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., KORE) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets and increasing partnership value.
- Passion for sports and entertainment, with an understanding of the partnership marketing landscape.
