As the Senior Director of Growth Strategy at Renuity, you’ll be responsible for evaluating and driving long-term growth opportunities, leading strategic market decisions, and optimizing our real estate portfolio. You’ll develop and execute multi-year growth plans, oversee pilot programs, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights. Working cross-functionally, you will shape the company’s growth trajectory, ensuring Renuity continues to scale effectively over the next 3-5+ years. This is a high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in transforming our business and driving operational efficiency. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Evaluate market opportunities and drive strategic growth decisions for the next 3-5 years. 
  • Develop and manage a multi-year roadmap that aligns key growth initiatives. 
  • Lead pilot programs and product launches across multiple markets, ensuring timely execution. 
  • Continuously refine and improve the growth playbook based on new insights. 
  • Optimize Renuity’s real estate portfolio to drive efficiencies and inform facility decisions. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, operations) to ensure alignment. 
  • Develop decision frameworks for prioritizing new markets and products. 
  • Lead post-launch reviews and adjust strategies based on performance. 
  • Drive collaboration to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives. 
  • Identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities in real estate. 
  • Develop metrics and performance indicators to measure success. 
  • Guide leadership in long-term strategic planning and prioritization. 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. 
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives. 
  • Experience with early-stage companies or launching new products and services. 
  • A bias for action and the ability to drive projects from inception to completion. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and consensus-building skills. 
  • Familiarity with real estate strategy and portfolio optimization (preferred). 
  • Experience in driving growth in emerging or high-growth industries. 
  • Ability to thrive in both collaborative and hybrid work environments. 
  • Experience managing financial modeling and forecasting for strategic initiatives. 
  • Track record of refining and iterating strategies based on market feedback. 
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term growth roadmaps.
