Xceleration is looking for a self-motivated, analytical, organized Account Coordinator to join our growing Client Solutions team. The Account Coordinator will manage and coordinate many aspects of our clients’ web-based incentive and recognition programs.
A successful candidate will be a consummate team player, an analytical thinker, possess intermediate Excel skills to manipulate and interpret large amounts of data, and have meticulous attention to detail, as well as polished and professional communications skills. This role is Hybrid, our office is located in uptown Charlotte, NC OR Remote in Georgia.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Client Solutions Team with project deliverables, client initiatives, and administrative tasks, including the following:
- Learn to assist clients and participants with Xceleration’s proprietary RewardStation® platform.
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, project proposals, and other client communications or correspondence.
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls. Document meetings as needed.
- Assist with organization, project tracking, recordkeeping.
- Proofread and edit written materials, consolidate team edits and maintain records of supporting references.
- Assist with product testing to ensure functionality and accuracy of material.
- Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues about account activity and work progress.
- Work hands-on with program data; manipulate and calculate results with a total commitment to accuracy and quality assurance – attention to detail is critical!
- Provide insight and direction to the Customer Experience Team on inquiries from participants.
- Assist with compilation of all relevant and requested program performance reporting.
Desired skills and experience:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a detail-oriented, tactical position
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and accommodate shifting priorities.
- Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong aptitude for working with, understanding, and analyzing large volumes of data.
- Strong, dynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate (both verbal and written) in a concise, clear, and compelling manner.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with excellent follow-up
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel (Intermediate Excel skill required). HTML and MS Access experience are a plus.
