We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive exceptional client success.
This role offers the unique opportunity to serve as the primary liaison for our most valued clients, ensuring seamless communication and unparalleled service. You’ll collaborate closely with diverse internal teams – Finance, Creative, Technology, Merchandising, and Customer Experience – to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
This role also develops impactful program communications and promotions, analyzing critical data for actionable insights, and leading special projects from inception to successful completion. This role is Hybrid, our office is located in uptown Charlotte, NC.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for some of Xceleration’s top clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Creative, Technology, Merchandising, and Customer Experience—to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop and execute engaging program communications and promotions that enhance participant awareness, boost enthusiasm, and drive performance and reward redemption.
- Analyze and manage program data with a keen eye for accuracy and quality assurance, ensuring precise calculations and actionable insights.
- Lead special client projects by gathering and documenting business requirements, securing stakeholder approval, and overseeing successful execution.
- Develop a deep understanding of Xceleration’s technical solutions and work closely with the technical team to advance client-driven initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall program success.
- Oversee program budgets and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and financial reporting.
- Provide strategic guidance to Customer Service Professionals, ensuring participant inquiries are addressed effectively and program expectations are met.
- Coordinate and prepare presentations for clients, including new program recommendations, creative enhancements, and program performance overviews.
Desired skills and experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in a detail-oriented, tactical role focused on relationship management and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges, interpret data, draw insightful conclusions, and implement effective solutions.
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders within large corporate environments.
- Ability to understand client business needs and propose innovative, results-driven solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SQL, with the ability to navigate and understand technical environments.
