This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media/Events Coordinator at Windsor Jewelers in Charlotte and Winston-Salem, NC stores. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating social media content, managing social media marketing campaigns, communicating with customers, writing engaging content, and implementing digital marketing strategies on various digital platforms. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with our off-site marketing firm, have a consistent, physical presence in both stores on a weekly-basis, as well as in planning events for both stores whether they be on or off-site(s) in Winston-Salem and Charlotte.

Qualifications:
• Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing skills (at least 3 years)
• Strong Communication and Writing abilities
• Experience in Digital Marketing (at least 3 years)
• Event planning and execution (at least 3 years)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the jewelry and luxury retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in social media marketing, communications, or related field
