As a Senior Content Designer, you’ll focus on content development and help craft user experiences that make banking at Truist simple and accessible. You’ll combine creativity and strategy to create content that breaks down complex financial topics and gives our clients information they need, when they need it. This is a hands-on design role to conceptualize and deliver human-centric solutions for our client experiences. You will be able to understand the goal and deliver solutions on time that meet requirements and adherence to company standards.

With proven delivery skills, a strong knowledge of the craft and relevant tools, you will inspire others with your execution and defendable insights. Strong ability to articulate ideas with relevance to peers and embrace diverse perspectives. As a member of a larger team, you will support and contribute to our design culture by participating in events and initiatives that further Design within the organization.

The annual base salary for this position is $92K – $115K

General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
