This Digital Marketing Manager – Optimization: Analytics and Insights role will assist the business with optimizing web content on Truist.com and other digital properties to deliver incremental key business goals such as application completes, digital engagement and other behaviors, by performing various optimizations including A/B split and multivariate testing, segment-based and behavioral targeting, and personalization efforts.
The position will work with the Adobe Marketing stack (such as Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Target) to measure and analyze web behavior, build and test content, create personalization strategies with various target audiences, as well as communicate results and learnings to a broad group of stakeholders across the business.

The annual base salary for this position is $115,000 – $138,000.
