The Role

We are hiring a Marketing Associate to support day to day marketing, social media, and experiential efforts for multiple hospitality clients.

This is a full time, 40-hour role. While you will be part of our core team with a home base at our Charlotte office, the Igloo, this position does not follow a traditional 8 to 5 schedule. You should expect flexibility in your work week, including some evenings and weekends when events, activations, or shoots require it.

This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility, real learning, and real impact.

What You Will Do

  • Support campaign planning and execution from concept to launch
  • Create and publish social media content across Instagram and Facebook
  • Manage and maintain content calendars for multiple brands
  • Schedule posts and monitor performance using Meta Business Suite
  • Attend, support, and help manage off site events, openings, and brand activations
  • Capture on site social content including photography and short form video during events and shoots
  • Coordinate with photographers, vendors, and client teams during events
  • Track trends in food, hospitality, and culture and apply them quickly
  • Help analyze results and optimize content for engagement and growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 or more years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or events
  • Comfortable working on site, off site, and in fast paced environments
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy
  • Organized, reliable, and detail oriented
  • Confident communicator who takes initiative
  • Flexible schedule with availability for occasional nights and weekends
  • Basic photography, video, or editing experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar
  • Experience assisting with events, activations, or photoshoots
  • Email marketing experience with platforms like Mailchimp or Toast
  • Experience in social media management tools such as Rella or Meta Business Suite
  • Familiarity with analytics or performance reporting tools
