Reporting to the Director of Media, the Integrated Media Supervisor plays a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel media strategies and is the go-to person for specified accounts.

This role leads the strategic planning, buying, and execution of media campaigns across traditional and digital channels, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with client goals. In addition, managing media accounts, negotiating rates, and staying abreast of the latest media trends to provide innovative solutions and drive campaign success are key parts of this role.

Responsibilities also include managing and mentoring junior team members to help shape the future of our media department.

What You’ll Do:

  • Client-facing role focused on developing and leading strategy while managing direct reports
  • Acts as the primary point of contact and supervisor for one or more junior team members, with responsibilities including work delegation, quality assurance, performance feedback, and completion of performance reviews
  • Responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the client’s business and staying informed on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Holds ownership of specific accounts, including media strategy, planning, campaign management, reporting and insights, optimization, and billing reconciliation
  • Leads the implementation and management of strategic plan development, negotiation, and/or execution
  • May serve as a key contact for media partners across various channels to negotiate optimal investment opportunities
  • Monitors plan execution and acts as the initial escalation point for addressing and resolving discrepancies or issues
  • Develops media insights from various data sources and crafts strategic points of view
  • Participates in new business pitches

Education/Experience:

  • 6+ years related agency experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Previous management experience preferred 

Skills:

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 
  • Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills 
  • Extensive experience with media research tools (MRI-Simmons or other like audience tools, Vivvix/Media Radar or other like competitive tools, etc.) 
  • Keen knowledge of Campaign Manager (trafficking and reporting) and Google Analytics required
  • Proven verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills required 
  • Outstanding client-facing composure 
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Integrated knowledge of cross-channel campaign strategies (traditional and digital)
