Gleezy, a new hot dog and sauce brand seeks a strategic, and execution-oriented leader to join our team as VP of Operations.

The VPO will lead strategic production planning initiatives and ensure the effective delivery of products across multiple verticals.

We are looking for a leader who thrives in CPG environments, incredible growth and the ability to shift from multiple priorities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure production of all SKU’s are planned in advance and schedules are maintained
  • Develop and oversee a demand planning process that is communicated to the CEO, Finance and production partners
  • Oversee food safety and quality of production partners to ensure that Gleezy brand is at the highest level of CPG products
  • Manage inventory control and days in inventory (DII)
  • Create productivity and COGS benefits via strategic procurement opportunities
  • Implement Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process
  • Own all costs from Net Price through Gross Margin
  • Forecast monthly P&L items and call out to the CEO any unplanned help or hurt to the P&L targets
  • Own and develop strategic partnerships with co-packers, warehouses, raw material and packaging suppliers, retail and foodservice customers and freight carriers

Key Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience and a track record in CPG (F&B) and senior program management
  • Experience leading a start-up and high growth organization
  • Demonstrated expertise in program budgeting and fiscal management
  • Successful track record engaging a wide range of stakeholders and partners

Pay Range:

$75,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
