Your Job:
The demand planner will play a very important role in creating and managing demand plans for our fastest growing digital channels by analyzing sales trends, staying on top of product changes, and working closely with cross-functional teams. The accuracy of these demand forecasts will support production and capacity planning, inventory requirements, and supply chain efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:
- Build demand plans for key channels at multiple hierarchies for both new product launches and core replenishment business; based on historical data, market trends, product development, promotional activity and seasonality.
- S&OP – Prepare and present results from prior month and forward looking demand plans, highlighting notable changes and identifying risks and opportunities related to the demand plan and propose mitigation actions.
- Manage system forecasts and adjustment future plans to account for sales trends, market conditions, calendar shifts, promotions and other events that impact demand.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance, to align demand plans with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Understand product lifecycles to know what currently lives in the line, how it varies from historical offerings, and forecast the impact it will have on sales.
- Analyze key account purchases based on their inventory needs, aligning sales results and future open orders with their on-hand WOS targets.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators including forecast accuracy and bias, inventory levels, projected closeouts and more.
- Identify at-risk skus to be reserved for pre-booked or planned orders aligning with allocation priorities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve forecast models, tools and processes, and support the ongoing optimization of demand planning.
- Assist planning team in ordering, recommending any adjustments to suggested supply plan needs and timing to fill forecasted demand.
- Prepare detailed sales by channel and product report following our S&OP meeting for budgeting and financial purposes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years in demand planning, supply chain, buying, forecasting or statistics, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Statistics
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills with an aptitude for report-building, data mining, interpretation and recommendations based on personal analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work cross-functionally, demonstrating strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. Displays strong initiative with a curiosity for learning and challenging the norm with an innovative mindset.
- Experience with Demand Planning tools, Business Intelligence Systems and ERP, a plus
- Excellent continuous improvement and problem-solving skills and a resourceful professional style
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong computer and quantitative skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Company Paid holidays and PTO:
- Feetures offers 20 PTO days which are available to you on day one of employment and are available to all employees, no matter your role. After working at Feetures for 5 years, your PTO days will increase to 25 days. These days can be used for vacations, appointments and sick days.
