Business Development Lead

Carolina Timberworks designs, builds, and installs timber frame and post and beam structures. We install our timber frame work anywhere in the United States.

Many of our projects are located within 300 miles of our shop in West Jefferson, North Carolina.

That said, the largest project we’ve built (so far) was in Nebraska. We’ve also built several stunning timber frames on the shores of the New York Finger Lakes, and one of our favorite timber frames is in Bellingham, Washington.

If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and solving problems then we want to talk to you about joining our Business Development team. This is an outside sales role.

You’ll know the construction trade, primarily residential but commercial can be helpful too, and if you don’t know timber framing, you will be ready to learn.

Because this position requires extensive travel, you can be based anywhere in the Eastern Time Zone and work remotely.

Compensation:

This position has a salary of $60,000 combined with a bonus program for a total target of $150,000 annually.
