The Brand & Creative Manager bridges brand strategy and creative execution – ensuring every campaign, concept, and piece of content expresses a compelling brand story. They are the connective tissue between thinking and creating, keeping both teams aligned, so the brand shows up with clarity and conviction across every touchpoint. This role will directly support Bojangles expansion efforts, focusing on new markets and restaurant openings.
The Brand & Creative Manager is a results-driven, strategic and detail-oriented marketer with strong project management skills. A genuine passion for food is essential; fried chicken and biscuits enthusiasm, a sense of humor, and restaurant experience are a plus.
Success is measured in increased sales and guest counts, driving brand health and executing efficiently and on schedule.
Job Duties
- Assist in development, management and execution of the systemwide annual marketing calendar including promotions, LTOs and activations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, partner properties and external agencies to execute systemwide campaigns, ensuring readiness across all consumer touchpoints.
- Analyze consumer insights and develop competitor audits to inform brand and creative strategy.
- Develop campaign briefs, plans and recaps.
- Analyze business and marketing/media performance, identify learnings and translate findings into actionable plans.
- Ensure all campaign marketing materials meet brand standards.
- Build key internal and external presentations.
- Translate brand strategy into creative direction, keeping strategy and creative teams aligned from brief through final asset delivery.
- Forecast creative needs and maintain asset planning, storage and organization.
- Own asset development, providing feedback and/or direction on creative assets.
- Manage communication with external agency partners.
Essential Functions
- Primarily in office, 1 day per week work from home
- Up to 10% travel to new restaurant openings
- Must be based in/near Charlotte, NC
Work Experience and Requirements
- BA Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3-4 years of hands-on marketing experience with project management ownership responsibility.
- Must be an efficient project manager, organized and detail-oriented.
- Must be skilled in PowerPoint and able to present information in an organized and visual manner.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a variety of tasks and business partners (both internal and external); must be able to work cross-functionally.
