This role will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies that span both traditional and digital channels to drive performance across our service line campaigns.

As a key member of the paid media strategy team, the Paid Media Strategist will oversee campaign planning, channel selection, media buying, and performance analysis. This individual should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing a team and multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and implement data-driven paid media plans to support service line campaigns across digital (programmatic display, native, video, audio) and traditional (TV, print, out of home) channels.
  • Translate marketing briefs into strategic media plans that align with business objectives.
  • Lead upfront research and discovery for each campaign, building strategic rationale, media mix frameworks, and budget allocations.
  • Identify performance trends across tactics and continuously evaluate existing and emerging media opportunities, bringing forward recommendations and strategic points of view (POVs).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure media plans are aligned with creative messaging, audience targeting, and campaign goals.
  • Oversee media buying, execution, and optimization processes to ensure efficient spend and high-impact results.
  • Provide regular campaign reporting, performance analysis, and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Physical Requirements

Requires walking, standing, bending or moving around campus and/or other facilities. Requires the ability to drive and operate a personal vehicle. Requires reading, comprehending, editing or designing materials. Requires clear and effective communication. Requires the experience and ability to operate audiovisual equipment. Requires the occasional lifting of documents or supplies.

Education, Experience And Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Communication, or related field required. Master’s preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise marketing or sales campaigns preferably in a large integrated multi-site/state organization.

Compensation

Annual Base Pay: $83,824.00-$125,736.00

  • Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training
  • Premium pay such as shift, on call, and more based on a teammate’s job
