The Franchise Marketing Manager Role:
We are looking for a Franchise Marketing Manager who will be equally as excited about the people behind the accounts (our LaundroLab franchisees) as they are about supporting the execution of digital and local marketing strategies. They are customer-focused and are not afraid to answer questions and hold our franchisees accountable. They strive to be the best they can be and aim to provide a 5-star marketing support experience to our franchisees.
The Franchise Marketing Manager will be responsible for project managing each franchisee’s progress in executing against their marketing playbooks and ensuring they are meeting their revenue goals. They will work with each franchisee’s account to make any necessary changes based on individual stores and unique market demands.
This role directly reports to our Senior Marketing Manager.
What are the key responsibilities of the FranchiseMarketing Manager?
- Consult with Store Owners to support their local marketing efforts from grand opening through the lifecycle of store ownership
- Play critical support role in ensuring our franchisees are delivering on KPIs
- Work cross-functionally with new store opening and operations teams and vendor partners uphold brand standards and
- Roll out new marketing programs/initiatives and tools to franchise partners
- Hold Store Owners accountable to a structured marketing strategy, plan & timeline, communicating areas for improvement where necessary
- Conduct recurring cadence calls and guide all marketing activities for 20+ LaundroLab Store Owners
- Develop relationships with franchisees, engaging with them as key point of contact contact and liaison between the internal team and franchisees
- Create and distribute marketing reports for Store Owner stores, both internally and externally, to share data driven recommendations
- Provide Store Owners a 5-star experience through timely communication, detailed responses, and collaborative problem-solving
- Support and communicate on National Marketing Campaigns to local Store Owners
- Lead the creative execution with agencies and coordination of vendors for the development of marketing collateral materials
- Online and offline marketing portfolio management
- Assist on other projects as needed
Who is the ideal Franchise Marketing Manager?

- Project Manager: Manage tasks, communications, and updates across multiple owner groups without letting the balls drop
What are the requirements of the Franchise Marketing Manager?
- Franchise experience or similar experience required
- 2+ years of Marketing Management or Project Management experience required
- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Advertising preferred

- Highly flexible hybrid. If you live in the Charlotte market, you may be required to come into the office on occasion for franchisee presentations. If you do not live in the Charlotte market, this would be a remote role.
