The Influencer/Creator Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, development, execution, and optimization of influencer and creator marketing programs that support brand and business objectives.
This role is responsible for building and scaling a best-in-class creator ecosystem that drives measurable business impact across the consumer journey, with a heavy focus on mid-and lower-funnel performance outcomes.
The ideal candidate will champion an always-on creator content ecosystem, leveraging strategic influencer partnerships to deliver authentic, relevant, social-first content at scale. By combining forward-thinking strategy, innovative creator engagement, and performance measurement, they will establish influencer marketing as a critical growth driver and a highly efficient marketing channel.
The Influencer Marketing Manager will demonstrate how creator-led content can accelerate speed-to-market, improve content efficiency, and consistently deliver best-in-class creative that drives meaningful mid- and lower-funnel business outcomes, including engagement, consideration, conversion, and revenue growth.
Lead a team, including agency partners, responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that support brand and business campaign goals and objectives. Deliver effective and efficient strategies for media planning, audience targeting, channel mix, creative, optimization, measurement and reporting to deliver best in class social media and/or influencer marketing executions.
