    • Craft compelling content that supports the sales process and reinforces our value proposition.
  • Training & Performance Management:
    • Partner with our Learning team to oversee a world-class, multi-stage training and development program for the sales team, covering onboarding, product knowledge, sales skills, and continuous learning.
    • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
    • Develop and manage a performance management framework that includes coaching, goal setting, and regular performance reviews to foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of professionals in enablement, marketing, and training.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the team and across the broader organization.
    • Serve as a key advisor to the Head of Mortgage and Retail Lending, providing insights and recommendations on sales strategy and execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful sales enablement and growth strategies.
    • Deep expertise in sales methodologies, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and sales analytics.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
