Foxcroft Hills Swim & Racquet Club is seeking a dedicated Tennis Professional to join our Pro Staff for a long-term opportunity to help expand and elevate our growing program.

About

Foxcroft Hills is one of Charlotte’s oldest and finest neighborhood swim and racquet clubs. The club is located on 11 private acres in the heart of the Foxcroft neighborhood. It is owned exclusively by its members and operated by a Board of Directors elected from the membership. Membership at Foxcroft Hills includes use of the pool and tennis facilities with access to all associated programs as well as use of the clubhouse facilities.

Our membership is currently full. Per club bylaws, residents have priority when a spot becomes available. The waitlist for non-residents is at least 9 years.

Position Highlights

Teaching Commitment: Deliver high-quality tennis lessons to players of all levels and ages (40–60+ hours per week, including weekends).
Program Contributions: Lead and participate in clinics, team camps, and club events to engage our active and enthusiastic membership.
Earning Potential: Our engaged membership base provides substantial income opportunities.
Organizational Flexibility: Flat structure encourages self-starters to create and grow individual programming.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the existing team and Board to maintain and improve program quality and member involvement.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with members and colleagues.
Passion for teaching and ability to inspire players of all skill levels.
Demonstrated excellence in playing and teaching tennis, both technique and strategy.
RSPA (or equivalent) certification.
Commitment to a collaborative and professional work environment.
Self-motivation to design and execute new programming initiatives.
