SouthPark Community Partners, an economic development nonprofit, seeks a Partnerships Director to support our mission-driven work to drive economic vitality, create memorable experiences, and ensure an extraordinary quality of life in the SouthPark area.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a relationship-driven professional who is passionate about SouthPark and Charlotte, and excited to serve the community. Reporting to the President & CEO, this role will lead sponsorship development, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder outreach while collaborating closely with the SCP team, its Board of Directors, and community partners.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, organized, confident, and knowledgeable about Charlotte’s business landscape, with experience building and managing partnerships from cultivation through execution.

SouthPark Community Partners offers a competitive salary and benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a company-sponsored retirement program; generous paid time off; and regular professional development opportunities.
For the experience requested in this job description, the anticipated total compensation range is $70,000-$95,000, inclusive of performance-based bonuses.
