The Sales Operations Specialist is a hybrid sales support and media planning role, primarily assisting the sales team with operations, while also helping design and execute data-driven media strategies that drive traffic, engagement and growth for our clients. This person will blend analytical insight, operational rigor, and media planning best practices to ensure our campaigns reach the right audience at the right time, on the most effective channels.

This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters or New York, NY (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.
