As the Director, Brand Partnerships within the Brand and Growth team, you’ll join a highly cross-functional group focused on building Zillow’s brand, accelerating growth, and creating culturally relevant moments that move our business forward.
This team sits at the intersection of brand, media, content, and sales, designing programs that show up where our customers already are and deepen engagement across Zillow’s ecosystem.
The Director, Brand Partnerships will be a senior leader and visible partner across marketing, product, and revenue teams.
About the role
We are hiring a Director of Brand Partnerships to build and lead Zillow’s partnership ecosystem from the ground up. In this foundational leadership role, you will define the vision for how Zillow shows up through partners in culture, communities, and moments that matter—then roll up your sleeves to bring that vision to life.
You will own Zillow’s partnership strategy end-to-end: identifying and prioritizing opportunities, structuring and negotiating complex deals, designing scalable monetization models, and ensuring that every partnership delivers measurable impact across Zillow’s lines of business.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company.
Pay range:
$166,400.00 – $279,800.00 annually
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.
