About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Charlotte who can operate across brand design, product interface design, and marketing.

This role will help shape the visual identity of our products while also supporting the marketing side of our business, including design work for advertising campaigns, landing pages, and marketing assets.

You will work closely with leadership, product teams, and our marketing efforts to ensure everything we build and ship has a clean, modern, and consistent design language.

We care deeply about thoughtful design. The right person for this role enjoys understanding why good design works, appreciates strong design fundamentals, and values principles similar to those championed by designers like Dieter Rams, where simplicity, clarity, and usability are core.

You are looking for an entry-level or junior design position
You have limited real-world experience designing brands, product interfaces, or marketing assets
Your portfolio primarily consists of school projects, tutorials, or mock assignments
You prefer working only within strict instructions rather than contributing ideas and solutions
You are uncomfortable collaborating closely with engineers, product teams, and marketing teams
You are looking for a role focused on only one area of design (for example only branding or only UI)

This role is best suited for designers who enjoy working across branding, product design, and marketing, and who take pride in creating thoughtful, high-quality work that holds up in real-world use.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating with ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail, and who enjoys contributing to the design direction of real products and brands.

What You’ll Work On

Brand Design

Create logos and brand identities for new and existing products
Define visual systems including typography, color palettes, layout systems, and iconography
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines

Product Design

Design product interfaces using Figma
Create UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for desktop and mobile applications
Collaborate closely with engineers to translate design into shipped product features
Help maintain reusable design components and UI systems

Marketing & Advertising Design

Design graphics for advertising campaigns (social ads, display ads, etc.)
Create landing page designs and marketing visuals
Design graphics for presentations, announcements, and campaigns
Produce visual assets for digital marketing, brand campaigns, and agency client work

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with Figma + AI Tools
Demonstrated experience in brand design, UI/UX, and marketing design
Experience designing mobile and desktop product interfaces
Strong portfolio showing logos, branding, UI work, and marketing assets
Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
Ability to maintain design consistency across brand, product, and marketing
High attention to detail

Bonus Points

Experience designing SaaS or software products
Experience working with startup environments or marketing agencies
Experience designing ads and conversion-focused marketing assets
Experience building design systems
Interest in minimal and functional design philosophies

Location Requirement

This role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and requires working on-site in our office. We believe in close collaboration between design, product, and engineering teams, which is why this position is not remote.

Candidates must either:

Currently be located in the Charlotte area, or
Be willing to relocate to Charlotte in order to work in the office
