Wells Fargo is seeking a Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team and drive best-in-class advertising campaigns across major platforms.

In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns that deliver measurable business impact. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives, audience insights, and performance goals.

In This Role, You Will

  • Develop data-driven media strategies rooted in business objectives, audience insights, channel dynamics, and marketplace trends.
  • Provide strategic analysis to influence go-to-market plans and elevate paid social performance.
  • Craft clear, actionable media briefs outlining campaign goals, audience and channel strategies, and testing frameworks to drive learning and optimization.
  • Leverage performance data and historical insights to refine strategies, identify growth opportunities, and improve efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of integrated marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Paid Media experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ experience in leading media strategies, particularly in video, audio, and digital channels at either a reputable media agency or an in-house media COE.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
  • Experience reviewing and understanding analytical results to make business decisions to drive new customers and balance growth via effective media strategies.

Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range

$87,000 – $140,000

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
