BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY:
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Customer Relationship Manager is the functional owner of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform with day-to-day responsibilities rooted in campaign strategy, managing the SFMC environment, data governance and cross-functional communication to execute our customer relationship management strategy.
This role is critical in driving B2B engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth through personalized, automated, and high-performing email and digital campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM strategy, marketing automation, and analytics, with a passion for delivering measurable results.

Compensation starting at $82,390 – 129,470 depending on experience.
The salary range represented is based on similar roles in comparable industries, and the cost of labor in respective cities. Actual compensation is based on the candidate’s relevant experience, education requirements and peer pay equity. The Company reserves the right to modify the range as market conditions change
