Why Kincheloe Design Group:

We are looking for a Project Architect or Project Manager who can balance design aesthetic and
client needs, with a focus on schedule, scope and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for the management of projects including budgeting, staffing, resource allocation and planning. This role supports project-related tasking for the entire lifecycle of the project, with additional emphasis on customer relationships resulting in continued engagement and profitability.

Our colleagues are interested in being mentored and mentoring. This role within our organization plays a crucial part – you’ll work closely with your coworkers, our clients, and other stakeholders impacted by the design.

What We Expect from You:

• 5+ years of professional experience in the design field, specializing in healthcare deisgn
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university 
• Technical production skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documents
• Strong communication skills
• Curiosity – a genuine desire to continue learning
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Revit, AutoCAD, MS
• Office Suite, and Sketch-up
• Skills to self-manage tasks and assignments, with mentorship and oversight, from beginning to end
