Accounting & Finance Lead

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic executive to join our leadership team.

This role will lead all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, forecasting and long-term planning.

You’ll work closely with executive leadership to guide business strategy, evaluate investments and ensure financial health as we continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial functions: budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis
• Oversee accounting operations to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
• Provide strategic insights to support business planning and growth
• Evaluate and manage equity investment opportunities and financing strategies
• Partner with the leadership team to align financial goals with company vision

• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role
• Familiarity in accounting principles, software and reporting
• Strong background in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis
